What Helps Claims Move Fastest

Once you’ve contacted ERA, the fastest way to move your claim forward is to:

  • File the claim through the ERA mobile app (we can guide you if needed) or online at https://www.eliteriskagent.com/file-a-claim. (You can obviously call as well, but in the event of a catastrophic weather event in our area, it may be hard to get through as quickly as you would like. In that case, the online form or app will be the quickest way to get your claim started.)
  • Upload photos or videos of the damage as soon as it is safe
  • Keep receipts for any temporary or emergency repairs
